Hello! I’m Ian Bernal, owner and bilingual Spanish-speaking DJ of I.G.B Entertainment, specializing in unforgettable wedding celebrations and private events.

Based in Northern Virginia for over 10 years, I’ve had the honor of creating incredible music experiences that bring families and friends together. Growing up in a military household, I was fortunate to travel to amazing places like South Korea and Germany, which sparked my love for diverse cultures and global traditions. I later moved to the United States in the late 1990s and earned my Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages (Spanish and French) from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW).

My multicultural background and passion for music are what drive me to create vibrant, personalized events. Whether you’re planning a classic wedding, a cultural fusion celebration, or a lively bilingual (English-Spanish) reception, I am dedicated to making your day unforgettable.

"Ian made sure to ask my wife and I about our "vibe" preferences, but wasn't the stereotypical DJ (who kind've tries too hard). Ian was a great master of ceremonies, without drawing too much attention, and created a great atmosphere off of an admittedly pretty small list of songs my wife and I provided. Ian went above and beyond with his set up, accommodating to our special need to have two separate ceremonies and the sparkler send off all in different locations. "Ian did a fantastic job DJ’ing our wedding. Everyone was ready to dance after 2 long COVID years, and Ian delivered. He was very attentive to the different vibes we wanted to create throughout the night, and set the different moods just right for cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. The floor was never empty, and while he wasn’t intrusive and didn’t make the party about him, he knew when to get on the mic and hype people up.
